As a new feature to our community website we are happy to announce our “Neighborly Advice” page.

Sure, there’s Google, Yelp and other web searches that you can use to find a good restaurant, or a fun place for nightlife, or a reasonable great ‘Happy Hour’, or a great store to shop in, or a great bargain, or a service that you might need like a Mechanic, Shoe Repair or someone for home repairs or other services.

Sometimes the reviews you read are on the money, sometimes they’re mixed and sometimes they're down-right off the mark. From personal experience we’re sure you would agree that the best advice you can get is from a friend or neighbor.

The Sierra Del Mar Website “Some Neighborly Advice” page will be a place where we will compile advice, recommendations, suggestions and comments from you and your neighbors.

This feature is not meant to advertise any particular establishment or service. The information posted is NOT to be used to commercially advertise any business.

Neither the Board of Directors and or the Community are responsible for the suggestions posted here. Further, before proceeding with any of the Neighborly suggestions provided … “Do Your Homework and Research” as you would for any service or activity you might think about using. These are merely the suggestions and opinions of your neighbors!!
